Thank you for providing you awesome ideas and entries. While we’ve got you, please have a little read of our terms and conditions (“Terms”).
1. These Terms are binding on the entries in this submission and the entries may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the author.
2. The entry and ideas provided by you as well as your child shall be for the purposes of publishing and selling a book for children. The copyright and intellectual property of the book shall belong and remain with the author of the book.
3. The ideas chosen by the author and the team may be altered at any time for the purposes of marketing, writing, illustrating or any other activities related to the book. All decisions are final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained.
4. Your ideas can be published by yourself on social media channels with the handle #kidsimaginethefuture. This is a voluntary act and the author shall not be responsible for such posts.

6. All participants release from, and indemnify the author, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of their acceptance in participation (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

1. Please note that all your information provided shall remain anonymous except the age and the country of the child. This is purely to be used in children’s book and our website.
2. You may also receive information from the author including email communications from or on behalf of the book.
3. We do not share personal data, such as your email address, with any third parties and shall solely hold the same to communicate with you
4. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as appropriate.
